Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeVisionary (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including those of your jurisdiction. The Service may not be available in all regions.

2. The Service

TradeVisionary provides market data, analytics, AI-generated trading signals, alerts, and related tools for informational and educational purposes only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold customer funds, or act as a broker or adviser. See our Risk Disclosure.

3. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at admin@tradevisionary.store.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute data or signals except as expressly permitted by your plan; (b) reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) share account access; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. API access, where included, is subject to rate limits and fair-use.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by TradeVisionary or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVisionary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
